SF flotation machine has the advanced forward-type tank structure, double-blade wheel, with a diversion pipe and false bottom device. The slurry in the slot flows in an up and down double fixed direction cycle, which is good for the coarse-grained mineral flotation. It can absorb fresh air and slurry, no need foam pump, suitable for separation of non-ferrous metals, ferrous metals, precious metals, non-metallic mineral and chemical raw materials, recovery of useful minerals.
Working principle
Driven through V- belt transmission, which brings centrifugal effect to form the negative pressure. On the one hand, the flotation machine inhales sufficient air to mix with ore slurry; On the other hand it stirs ore slurry and mix with medication to form the mineralized froth. By adjusting the height of flashboard to control the liquid level and make the useful froth scraped by loam board.
Features:
This product can imbibe the air and ore pulp spontaneously, with a foreraking tank not liable to precipitation into the tank but bacilitating returning of the foams.
Its double-blade impeller can agitate the coarse sand at the bottom adequately.
