1. Whether sample is available and how to order a sample?

Sample is available. You can pay the sample fee by Paypal or Western Union. once the bluk order happened, we will pay back the sample fee to you.

2. What way to ship the sample?

Normally we send sample by UPS, FEDEX and so on. But it is battery built-in product, some place it may be some difficult to ship to by air. Some places like these we normally suggest shipped by sea for test small order.

3. What is the lead time?

For samples, 15 days we can arrange the shipment. For bulk order like 50-200pcs, we can finish it with 45 days, if for 200-1000pcs, we can finish it within 60days.

4. Can you offer all Destination port Customs clearance documents?

Yes, we can offer all Customs clearance documents. Such as CO, FORM A, FORM E and so on.

5. Do you have CE or some eles required certificates?

Yes, we can offer CE for ebike, CE for battery and Adapter. Besides, we can also offer EMC, LVD for adapater and UN38.3 for battery.
