After the process of CBD oil extraction, the extract will do the process of filtration, and then concentration to recovery ethanol by three effect falling film evaporator.

Steam into the concentration tank jacket, heating the material liquid to be boiling, ethonal(solvent) in the material vaporized, so as to reach the vapor liquid separation, steam out of evaporation chamber through a condenser, a cooler to be ethonal liquid.

Q2:What is your method to extract CBD oil?
Our factory has studied on CBD oil field for more than 3 years, we have our own professional experience to do the process of CBD oil extraction.
We adopt low temperature of solvent and ultrosonic continuous counter current extractor to extract CBD oil, equipped with ultrasonic facility, which has very high performance of extraction efficiency, also avoid to extract WAX.
Q3: What is the difference between CBD oil and hemp oil?
CBD oil and hemp oil come from different parts of the cannabis plant. CBD oil comes from the whole industry hemp, mainly from the leafs and flowers, while hemp oil comes from its seeds.
Do the process of cold pressing on the seeds will get hemp oil.
CBD oil will adopt extraction process.
Q4: What is the difference of CBD, THC, full spectrum CBD oil and broad spectrum CBD oil?
After we get crude oil from the extraction process, we do winterization process and decarboxylation process, and then we get full spectrum CBD oil.
And then we do the process of short path distillation and column chromatography, the remove the THC, finally we get broad spectrum CBD oil.
Means that full spectrum CBD oil= broad spectrum CBD oil + THC
