Introduction of Fan-cooling Pelletizing Lines for Engineering Plastics:
I. Main machine (Parallel Twin-screw) is composed of driving parts and processing parts.
Driving parts including transmission box and motor; A. C. Or D. C. Motor can be selected; Parallel thiple-axis structure adopted to transmission box, with low liquid location alarm, as well as overpressure alarm due to filter blocking.
Processing parts includes two co-rotational parallel mandrils, screw elements, and barrels (closed barrel, feeding barrel, and exhaust barrel). L/D of screw can be adjusted according to processing technology; Screw elements can be combined according to different material for its covey, mixing, plastication, cutting and water exhaust.
Pellets, powder or liquid material can be fed in from main hopper, sider feeding hopper or liquid volume-calculation system, and you can also choose weight-loss feeding system.
