Product Principle of HCG pregnancy test kit

Human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) is a glycoprotein hormone produced by the developing placenta shortly after
fertilization.In normal pregnancy, hCG can be detected in both urine and serum as early as 7 to 10 days after conception.

The series products of early pregnancy detection adopt the principle of chromatographic double antibody sandwich
method, using the colloidal gold as an indicating marker.

The concentration of HCG in urine is detected to confirm whether a woman become pregnant or not for an early pregnancy
diagnosis.
