Scope of application
The reversible hammer crusher features large impact force and high efficiency of crushing, it is widely used in electricity, metallurgy, construction material, chemical industry etc. for fine crushing of coal and rock with hardness less than 150MPa.
The crusher is specially used for fine crushing of coal to produce ≤10mm or ≥3mm finished products. It has more outstanding advantages for dealing with damp and easy plugging materials.
Work principle
The main shaft drives the rotator and hammers to impact coming material, the material bounces to impact plate for further crushing. The upper half section is impacting area, that is linearity sector, and the lower half is for particle size guarantee area, namely arc sector. The particle size is controlled by adjusting the clearance between hammer and liner plate. Fine particle that up to 3mm accounts for 90%. There is no dead zone for crushing in the arc sector, and the finished particle size ranges from 3mm to 10mm by adjustment.
Technical characters
PCKF series crusher was developed on the basis of German technology. It is applicable to brittle materials with medium hardness such as coal, small pieces of limestone, coal dirt, gypsum, alum etc.. The compressive strength of material shall be no more than 150Mpa, and there is no special requirement on surface moisture. This machine is specially used for coal preparation of fluidized bed boiler, coal water slurry preparation, coal liquefaction and coal gasification.
1. Advanced large crushing chamber
* Feeding area is designed to be a large crushing chamber. The material will be impacted by hammers in free falling process, and most of crushing is finished in this process.
* Long service life of hammer: making full use of hammer by frontal impact on material to reduce friction and wear, the hammer features longer service life than that of similar crushers.
2. Secondary adjustment of impact plate: the upper section adjustment is for large lump material crushing, the maximum feeding lump size is up to 300mm (generally 100mm), the lower section adjustment is for the clearance between rotator and impact plate to guarantee the discharge particle size.
3. The hammers are laid out in a spiral pattern for energy saving and high efficiency crushing.
4. Synchronous adjustment mechanism: the machine is equipped with worm gear synchronous adjustment mechanism between rotator and impact plate, it is more convenient than screw adjustment and maintain consistent clearance in the rotator length direction.
5. Hammer structure: the material utilization of impact part has increased 20-30% as well as hammer utilization.
6. Optimization of hammer number: the hammer number for each specification of crusher is optimized after fully consideration of the characteristics of main frame rotary speed, material falling speed and aerodynamics.
7. Short cylindrical hammer arm structure: large diameter of turntable to reduce hammer arm length and increase hammer arm strength. Compared with plate type hammer arm, cylindrical hammer arm is not easy broken off and features higher rigidity and strength.
8. The hammers arm are able to swing in a limited angle, when iron or other impurities gets in the crusher, the hammers allow iron and impurities to pass without any damage to the hammer and impact plate.
