Rubber floor vulcanizer is specially producing rubber floor tile, each layer vulcanizing two sets of mould, turns configuration of sulfide, can effectively improve the production efficiency. At the same time configuration manual push-pull mould device, it is more convenient to operate.

Our rubber tiles are made from recycled rubber. The main sizes are 500*500mm. The thickness could be from 10mm to 90mm. Meanwile we also could supply dog bone rubber tiles, which is 240*135mm— 32PCS/SQM.
Most of our products are made from recycled Rubber, and there are also some are from EPDM. For the square rubber tiles, we also could supply plastic pins to connect rubber tiles together.
