3,Main case
The reciprocating movement of the main engine head is supported by a guide rail with a triangle rib on one side and a flat guide rail on the other side. After the head is assembled, the operation is stable and there is no vibration, blocking or deflection, the reciprocating movement center line of the machine head should keep consistent with the rolling center line.
Used for transmission of main engine head, all connecting Rod and pin are made of 45 # steel, big connecting Rod and two rocker are made of 45 # steel plate to ensure bending and tensile strength. The crank pin to which the gear is connected with the big connecting rod is positioned by a cylindrical pin.


4,Rotary feed mechanism

5,Center part
The middle bed is located between the rotary feeding box and the main box. 9,Electrical System

The whole electrical control system mainly consists of man-machine interface, host control system, rotary feed control system and auxiliary control system.
Touch screen uses 10-inch industrial control screen. Some necessary parameters of equipment operation are input to PLC through HMI interface, and then realized by PLC controlling the corresponding motor or solenoid valve.
