Equipment Description
This equipment is a low-type LHD, mainly used for underground low tunnels of coal mine. It can be used to loading, transporting, dumping, float coal cleaning, road renovation and assist the working section's relocation and installation. Its overall dimension is 7855mmx1820mmx2050mm, low height with good vision; It is featured by good flexibility, enough power, high efficiency and stable performance etc. By changing the working mechanism in the front end, it can be used as small lifting platform, have the function of material transportation and lifting.

Structure:
The whole machine adopted central articulated mode between front frame and rear frame.
unidirectional cylinder, conversion valve steering, flexible and stable steering.

Working mechanism adopted 5 link mechanism, bucket is folded push-off type. Dumping height is greatly reduced. Working mechanism bucket and fork can be quickly changed.
Swing mode adopted rear frame swing mode, operation is safe and comfortable.
Power transmission system:
Power system is based on 85kW Cummins flame-proof turbo diesel engine. Also equipped with coal-safety-certified pneumatic start, electrical protection system.
Transmission system is hydraulic-mechanic and four wheel drive, reliable performance.
Safety protection:
It has the protection function for gas, engine oil, rotation speed, exhausted air temperature, cooled water temperature, engine surface temperature, water supply tank level, exhausted air processing water tank level, fuel tank oil level etc...
