1. Smooth Overall Design: The lathe adopts the design of flat bed body and oblique sliding saddle.
2. High Rigidity Guide: Both of the X-axis and Y-axis use Roller type linear guide with high rigidity. It can promote the whole rigidity of lathe while cutting.
3. High Efficiency: The main motor power of the KX-50 is 7.5KW.
4. Removable Tailstock: The KX-50 has hydraulic tailstock, and it is removable. Therefore, it can meet different needs.
5. Protection: The lathe adopts full rail protection, and the cooling box and chip conveyor is seperated with the main engine. It prevents cutting accurancy from overheat.
6. Automatic Chip Removal: As automatic chip removal is the standard features of the CNC lathe, and it also comes with a powerful cooling system, customers can compose an automatic production line conveniently.

1. Q: Where is your factory located?
A: Corporate headquarters is located in Zhejiang province Zhuji City Bu Zhen Rui Road No. 1, under the jurisdiction of Zhuji three production base. The main factory is located in Zhuji City Bu Zhen Rui Road No. 1, mainly for electrical engineering, precision machinery manufacturing, metal processing, heat treatment, paint and producing machine. Machine tool casting and heavy industry base is located in Zhuji city town Zhuyong Expressway Interchange on the south side. Logistics base is located in No. 58,West Union Road, Zhuji City.
2. Q: Can you do OEM?
A: Yes, we have the ability to do OEM / ODM to meet clients' requirements.
3. Q: How does your factory do regarding quality control?
A: Assuring Quality is our dignity and quality control engineers specially be responsible for quality checking in each process such as Incoming Quality Control, In Process Quality Control, Outgoing Quality Control, Environment Control, Product Traceability System, Internal Audits & Calibration, Equipment Control & Maintenance, Control of Non-Conforming Materials and etc.
4. Q: What is your pay terms?
A: We can accept TT, 30% in advance, 70% balance against the B/L.
5. Q: What is the average delivery time?
A: Mostly, it would be within 1 week since after receiving customers' deposit. For mass production purchase order at big quantity, it could be discussed with each other case by case.
