What is Flaxseed Oil Powder?

Flaxseed oil is rich in α-linolenic acid, which is a member of ω-3 fatty acids and an essential fatty acid. Flaxseed oil contains 18 kinds of amino acids, in which the amount exceeds 5% in protein content include glutamic acid (26.3%), aspartic acid (12.5%), arginine (11.8%), glycine (6.8%), tryptophan (5.8%), alanine (5.4%), phenylalanine (5.3%) and isoleucine (5.2%).
Flaxseed oil microencapsulated powder is produced from flaxseed oil via emulsification and spray drying. The unique technology of agglomeration, as well as secondary embedding, make flaxseed oil powder more stable, with higher oil load but lower surface oil.
