The press is widely used for wood procession, machinery, and construction and decoration industry. For example, the series hot press is applied to particle board, plywood and MDF board lamination, adopting melamine paper, décor cloth, PVC film and veneer etc as the lamination material. While in machinery and construction industry, it is used for pressing veneer mould such as door, window etc.
The short-cycle Flooring board hot press ( line) is used for laminating on MDF board, particle board and Plywood on the basis of absorbing domestic and overseas advanced technology, which are especially suit for the laminating of furniture board and laminate flooring. The suitable materials are melamine paper, wearable paper Al2o3, decorative clothe, PVC film, slice veneer etc.

Thermal oil or steam is the heat medium for the press, the heat exchange system is provided with advanced temperature recycling control system, the cylinder grouping is possible for pressure controlling and the operation of electrical equipment is reliable and convenient.

Centering on the inquiry of customers, the specific collocation of production lines are designed. There are two types of short cycle laminating hot press (line) according to the board infeeding direction. T type is traversal board infeeding and adopts belt conveyor with capacity of about 50-60 sheets per hour. L type is longitudinal board infeeding and adopts clamping loading machine with capacity of about 65-75 sheets per hour.
