Working conditions

2. Adapt to the media - the water medium should be no corrosive liquid, medium silid can not be used, its volume is not more than 0.1% per unit volume, particle size less than 0.2mm, such as the medium for the small particles in the order.
3. The ambient temperature not exceeding 40 celsius degree, relative humidity not more than 95%.
4. From the motor side, the rotation direction of the pump is clockwise rotation (CW).

Main purpose

Structure
See photograph below. The pump composed by pump body, impeller, pump cover, suspension body, shaft and so on components. As the pump is of single-stage single-suction horizontal cantilever type, two parts of pump body and cover are dissection from the impeller, which said as back-door type. There are sealing ring placed at both front and back of impeller, with balance hole at back cover plate of impeller to balance the axial force on the rotator. The deep groove ball bearing is applied to bear radial force from pump, as well as balance axial force. The transmission method for this pump can be elastic coupling, or disc coupling with middle connection. Mechanical sealing from famous manufacturer are applied to meet related requirements.
