Qunfeng QFT10-15 Fully Automatic line consist of Automatic Batching & Mixing system, Automatic Forming system, Transferring system( Elevator & Lowerator with 10 layers), Automatic Cuber, Automatic strapping system.
I. Automatic Batching & Mixing system:
It consist of Cement silo, Planetary Mixer, Cement scale, Screw conveyor Batching machine.
II. Automatic Forming system, adopts Germany Siemens PLC and TOUCH PANEL, with Hydraulic Vibration.
III. Automatic Transferring system: Including Elevator & Lowerator, Finger Cart,
IV. Automatic Cuber system and Auto. Strapping system.
Available from 1.5~2 tons carring capacity. Their vertical movement is controlled by grating scale which ensures high positioning accuracy. For different concrete products, cuber could rotate 180°and its speed also could be adjusted via frequency control. Clamp is changeable according to different shapes of concrete products.
