Q1: What is MOQ, can I order less than MOQ?
A1: Yes, but price will be different since we can not get discount from raw materials if volume is less than expected.
Q2: Can I get samples before place an order.
A2: We can make sample but price for sample will be high. We will refund the overcharged part when regular order placed.
Q3: What is warranty for products.
A3: We offer 2 years warranty for frame (including aluminum and wicker) for residential market. One year warranty for cushion made of polyester fabric and three years warranty for cushion made of Olefin fabric.
Q4: How do you deal with quality issue?
A4: We give discount or replacement for damaged products due to production defect. Quality issues caused during shipping or inproper use are not covered.
