Q: Are you supplying standard sizes of windows?
RS: mostly are based on customized and no standard size in stock.RS: Provide 10 years warranty. If you have problems, just go to our local service center, we solve your problems with timely manner.

Q: What is your lead time?
RS: need 38-45 days after down payment received and shop drawing /confirm/ied.

RS: 40% down payment and 60% balance before shipping.
Q: How can you gaurantee product size is correct?
RS: Products are 100% fully inspected before packing, if size not the same as agreed, we will be responsible for it. Also you can ask for a thirty party help inspecting before shipping.
Q:What's your generally packaging?
RS: with carton and protective film first and then put all windows on the iron steel pallets and the fix with airbag and keep it not moving in the container.
