The folding mask machine, which is also a C-type mask machine, is a fully automatic machine used for the production of folding mask bodies. It is using ultrasonic technology, 3-5 layers of PP non-woven fabric, activated carbon and filter materials are bonded, and the folding mask bodies are cut out and different molds are replaced. Such as N95, KN95, 3M, 9001 and 9002 can be processed. Depending on the raw materials used, the masks produced can meet different standards such as FFP1, FFP2, N95, etc. The ear band is elastic non-woven fabric, which makes the wearer's ear comfortable and pressure-free. The filter cloth layer of the mask has good filtering effect, perfectly fits the human face shape, and can be applied to high pollution industries such as construction and mining.
This machine is mainly used for N95 folding full-automatic mask molding. It is fully automatic from the feeding of cloth to the discharging of finished products. It includes automatic printing, automatic nose bridge strip feeding, automatic spot welding of elastic bands, automatic folding, automatic welding of finished product radian, automatic cutting of finished products, automatic waste removal and automatic finished product output. Fully automated production is realized on one machine. The whole machine only needs one manual operation person and the finished products are collected and sent to quality inspection.
