Introduction and function:
filling machine has been improved, optimized and integrated from the original semi-automatic aerosol filling machine. The semi-automatic filling, sealing and inflating machines are mounted on a workbench. All actions can be completed simultaneously by one person operating the foot valve. Fast speed, high precision, good stability, saving time and effort, it is an ideal choice for small and medium aerosol manufacturers
One liquid filling head, one crimping head and one propellant filling head are combined into one working table, and running speed matches each other at 800-1200cans/hour depending on filling volume.
Stainless steel 304 working table panel and stainless steel 316 for the parts that touch solvent material, fully pneumatic controlled to be sure no any risk of explosion caused by electrical parts, pneumatic parts are metalwork brand imported from Italy.
