The main structure of the machine:
I.Host transfer consists of two parts
1 stainless steel conveying roller shaft transmission, fully reducing the abrasion of the carton caused by the transmission friction. A total of 38 conveying rollers are arranged on the left and right sides of the conveying roller shaft, and are driven by a special high-friction belt for transmission.
2 The paper pusher transmission. The power roller is equipped with a photoelectric sensing system near the paper inlet. When the carton touches the first photoelectric sensor, the paper feeder will start to push the carton forward.
Push the carton to the knotting part, touch the second photoelectric sensing system, the paper feeder stops, and the upper platen falls down, press the carton until it reaches the specified position, and the push plate starts to move back to the starting point.In addition, the conveying roller has intermittent and frequent rotation two functions can be selected, and the conveying roller portion automatically waits in standby to save power. When a carton comes over, the sensing part automatically senses and starts to run. II.Patting part:
The patting part is composed of up and down, left and right 4 directions. After the carton passes through the second set of photoelectric sensing system, the left and right pats are started, and the left and right directions are aligned. During the process of pushing the carton to the designated position by the push plate, the front of the carton is blocked by the packing tape and the completed carton in front, and the carton uniformity adjustment is performed before and after. After reaching the designated position, the upper platen is pressed down, and the upper and lower directions are aligned. The combination of the above several parts ensures the neatness of the packaged carton, and perfectly meets the upper folding, lower folding type glue box machine and nail box machine.
III:Knotting Department:
Patented double-head knotting technology, the machine head adopts Taiwanese technology, and the double head is knotted at the same time to improve the knotting speed and knotting precision. The PE strapping used in knotting is better and cheaper than the PP strapping, and the perfect interpretation machine has a double bow buckle.
IV.Machine control:
The assembly structure has a bottom moving track and a secure design. The whole machine is controlled by computer, the size and speed are adjusted, and the left and right movements are all controlled by electric control. It can be quickly changed for one minute and controlled by Taiwan Delta controller.
