Hydraulic system is replaced by high-strength supporting system for maintaining the main pressure and the pre-pressure to completely avoid oil leakage and reduce medicine pollution.There is no need to maintain or replace the pressing parts of the punch pin, thus avoiding the cross pollution caused by hydraulic oil leakage and the waste caused by hydraulic oil addition & replacement.The pressure can be stably maintained.For the lower pressing wheel, motor is adopted to drive worm gear pair to adjust accurately to 0.01mm; position can be directly set in the touch screen, or the preset position parameter can be called for convenient adjustment and material loss reduction in the adjustment process.The pre-pressing wheel and the main pressing wheel have the same structure and can realize a pressure up to 100KN; the main pressure and the pre-pressure can be directly displayed.US TEDEA sensor LCD50KTT is adopted for the main pressure and the pre-pressure to realize accurate and direct pressure detection and easy verification and ensure pressure stability.For difficult pressing products, large pre-pressure can be adopted for direct forming, and the main pressing wheel can ensure no bounce of the medicine tablets.Upper and lower pressing wheels can be easily cleaned and conveniently disassembled, thus significantly reducing cleaning and maintenance difficulty.The pre-pressing wheel and the main pressing wheel have the same diameter of 250mm, and the functions are as follows:In elliptic or concave tabletting process, large pre-pressure can ensure good venting of the medicine tablet before final forming and significantly reduce medicine tablet damage probability, so large pre-pressure is adopted for the easily damaged products.If the main pressing wheel is carelessly damaged, the main pressing wheel can be replaced by the pre-pressing wheel before the accessories are available, so there is no need to stop production.Upper Pressing Wheel Mechanism:

There is no hand wheel control, and the host machine of the equipment is separated from the electric control system in order to make the electric system far away from dust and vibration, thus prolonging the service life.User authority level can be set as needed, and superior authority can control inferior authority, and 4-level password protection can be also set.The equipment has automatic tablet weight adjustment function, and the tablet weight difference in the production process can be checked through automatic adjustment curve.The machine has strong process parameter saving and calling functions; all position or speed settings can be saved through 11 actuators, and can be directly called for next production to reduce adjustment time. The following parameters can be saved: host machine speed, feed motor speed, pressure, pressure deviation, thin oil/grease lubrication interval, left and right measuring positions, left and right pre-pressing positions, left and right main pressing positions, production capacity, production time, waste tablet time, etc.
