This Non woven fabric laminating machine making use of the good adhesive property of polypropylene& polyethylene at melting status, the machine adheres and laminates paper or color-printed OPP & CPP film to non woven fabri.The extruder with helical gearreducer of 20CrMn Tialloy steel adopts automatic temperature-control system to adjust melting temperature, the screw and cylinderare made of 38 CrMoAIA alloy steel and done treatment of nitrogenation. The double-die can do single or double-face coating. width of coating & laminating can be regulated, and control coating thickness and laminating speed, automatically.Automatice edge cutting, edge-blowing, cutting-off and winding devices are applied.
