Technical Characteristics:
1. With the most advanced twice dipping technology.
2. Can produce thin products with different weigh by grams, and also thick types for household gloves.
3. Can adopt TPU coating technology and chlorination on machine technology.
4. Driven by 1~3 sets of main electric motor according to different chain length.
5. Advanced chain structure and track structure to ensure running smoothly and steadily in production at high speed.
6. Vertical hot wind circulation is adopted in drying oven. It saves near 20% of the energy compared with the other types of hot wind circulation.
7. Adopt twice alkaline&twice acid process cleaning technology to ensure that moulds are clean.
8. Vulcanizing on machine, automatic stripping, counting and be direct into packing.
9. Types with different length, height, running speed, single mould and double mould can be designed according to the client's need.
