General description
The system is composed by robot, clamp, direction turning device, case conveyor, case catching table and etc.
Working procedure: The robot catches the pallet to the palletizing position, while the full bottle cases from the previous stage are transported through the case distribution belt and direction turning device and are arranged in row on the case catching table. Then robot grip packages onto pallet of pallet conveying machine. Repeat the procedure instructions doing palletizing operations. Stacking can be set according to the technical procedures for the quantity of row/column and layers, and the robot will operate following the instructions.
