Full Automatic Surgical Mask Production Line1.Machine Overview:
This machine is mainly used for the automatic forming of flat masks: the whole roll of fabric is driven by rollers after unwinding, and the fabric is automatically folded and hemmed; the entire length of the nose bridge is pulled and unrolled, cut to length and then imported into the hemmed fabric. Ultrasonic welding to the seal, then ultrasonic side seal, cutting with a cutter; conveying the mask to the two mask ear bands through the assembly line
At the connection station, the final mask is formed by ultrasonic welding; when the mask is completed, it is transported to the flat belt line for collection.
