Installation Precautions
1.Remove the package, check whether the surface and parts of the machine are damaged, check whether the screws are loose, and the electrical cable joints.Whether it is locked and whether the accessories are complete;
2. The machine should be placed on a flat hard ground, the face mask machine should be at least 0.5M away from the heat source, and make sure it is in front of the strip cap machine.There is a distance of at least 1M at the back, and a space of at least one meter on the left and right, which is convenient for operation;
3. Check the voltage requirement of the mark on the reverse side of the vibration box to ensure that the system is well grounded;
4. Connect the machine to the power supply, first turn off the power switch.
Equipment acceptance
1. After installation and commissioning are completed by the supplier, the buyer will be notified 3 days before shipment, and the buyer will provide qualified materials and arrange technicians to come to the supplier
On site, the acceptance shall be carried out according to the technical agreement, the acceptance shall be qualified, the two parties shall sign the qualification report, and the supplier shall deliver the goods;
2. The materials used for the acceptance test machine shall meet the requirements of this agreement, and the specific parties shall agree separately in the attachment;
3. The acceptance inspection shall be participated by the designated engineering and technical personnel of both parties and signed the acceptance report together:
(1) Acceptance according to configuration details;
(2) The main body of the machine does not contain a power source other than the machine, and the buyer needs to pull the power source into the electric box.
