1. Description:
The whole production line include: Glass cutting machine, CNC Engraving machine, Glass Polishing Machine, Ultrasonic Cleanin Machine, Water Purifier, AF Coating Machine, Drying Oven, Film Lamination Machine.
2. Manufacturing Process

Cutting: Glass cutting machine cut glass into phone screen size
Engraving: Drilling holes and engraving the straight corner into round corner
Polishing: Polish the glass edge to make it smooth, in this way the screen protector will be more durable.
Ultrasonic cleaning: The glass need to be cleaned before being tempered, coated and laminated.
Water Purifier: Glass cleaning need purified water, so there won't be Ca and Na Ions left on glass to form a white misty film.
Tempering: Put glass into Chemical Tempering Machine to toughen.
Coating: Coating Machine to apply Oleophobic Coating on the glass, so the glass will be smooth and anti-water and anti-fingerprint.
Drying: To dry the oleophobic coating and Strengthen it.
Lamination: Film lamination machie to laminate the PET Protective Film and AB Adhesive.
