Product Description

This plant is for the alluvial tin processing.

Firstly, using a vibrating/trommel screen( screen layer: 15mm and 2mm) to separate the big and small particle.

Secondly, using a spiral classifier to classify the different particle and washing the material.

Thirdly, the big size from 2-15mm will be concentrated by the jig machine. The spiral concentrator will separate the small size bellow 2mm.

Fourthly, Using the shaking table or spiral to reconcentrate the material from first section spiral to increase the tin grade.
