One-to-one automatic servo plain surgical mask machine is composed of a tableting machine (mask body forming machine), an 8 servo welding ear belt machine (outer ear belt), control system and other connections.
One-to-one automatic servo plain mask machine, using PLC control system to feed the materials from the coil, folding and pressing, nose bridge feeding, ultrasonic welding, mask forming & cutting, ear strap feeding and welding, finished products output: all completed at one go automatically with high efficiency.
