1)The main frame adopts strengthened square tube with four guiding pillars. The mould frame and presshead are equiped prolonged guide sleeve ensure the orientation precision. The key part use damping rubber to reduce the vibration shock to main framework, which keep the main structure stronger and longer lifespan.
2)The double-cylinder down demould connects with arm type rigid synchronous mechanism .By this it can make sure the synchronism of demoulding and the perfect quality in block production
3)To accommodate different requirements, upgraded model QFT10-300 can make brick with the height of 50-300mm, both technical and system performance have been promoted at the same time.
4)High capacity, great benebit, it is suitable for big/medium-sized enterprises to option the fully automatic production line to achieve a high automation and improve their benefit back.
