I. Feature and performance
The integration and automatic YS-8/12 LPG cylinder hydraulic testing equipment is special used for YSP35.5 LPG cylinder hydro testing.
The workstation of the equipment is 12, the design improve the productivity by testing the 12 cylinders at the same time.
The equipment uses visual system to recognize the cylinder number automatically and save the pictures of the cylinder number.
The equipment is controlled by PLC, all parts are full-automatic.
Equip with one control box which is installed with specify software for cylinder hydro testing, the full hydro testing monitoring can be realized by cooperating with PLC; collect the real-time data, draw time-pressure curve; Save the testing data and curve; you can search the testing data according to the data, batch number, cylinder number etc at ant time, and it will create a testing report automatically.
The equipment is provided with 2 displays, the main display is used for monitoring the process of hydro testing which is installed in the main control box ; the auxiliary display is used for monitoring the operation of the visual system and cylinder weight system which is installed in the auxiliary control box.

IV. Structure and configuration
According to the process of the LPG cylinder hydro testing, the equipment can be separated into: feeding part (weight the empty cylinder), water filling part, hydro press part (weight the full cylinder), hydro testing part and draining water part.
The equipment uses the modular design, one hand, separated the whole hydro testing process into several parts, all parts can doing the matched working process at the same time, this design improves the productivity greatly; on the other hand, the installation of the equipment will be more flexible according to the practical situation, the layout of linear, "L", "U" and "S" production line can be realized easily.
Feeding part:The feeding part equips with 1 set roller conveyor line, 2 sets cylinder block device, 1 set empty cylinder weight device, 1 set auxiliary control box (install with visual system).

Besides, the auxiliary control box is installed in the empty cylinder weight device, the side of the roller conveyor line, to ensure the illuminane of the visual system fits on the cylinder number and recognize the cylinder numbers steady.

2. Water filling part:
The water filling part equips with 1 set roller conveyor line, 1 set water filling device, 1 set cylinder block device, 3 sets locator device.

3. Hydro press test part:
The hydro press test part equips with 1 set roller conveyor line, 2 sets cylinder block device, 1 set full cylinder weight device, 1 set main control box, 1 set electric control box.

4. Hydro testing part:
The hydro testing part equips with 1 set roller conveyor line, 1 set hydro testing device, 1 set cylinder block device, 3 sets locator device, besides, the structure and function of these 3 sets locator is same as the locator if the water filling part.

5. Draining water part:
The draining water part equips with 1 set roller conveyor line, 1 set draining water device, 1 set cylinder block device, 3 sets locator device, besides, the structure and function of these 3 sets locator is same as the locator if the water filling part.

The principle of the draining water: Stretch the drain pressure head into the cylinder neck to ensure the leakproofness; insert the drain pipe into the cylinder bottom; pump the compressed air into the cylinder, and drain out the water by pumping the pressure.
