Product Description

This hand slide valve is a two-position three-way manual slide valve, which is often used as a air source switch in the pipeline. When the air source is closed, the air pressure in the pneumatic system is also emptied.
Use and Advantage:

The plug door seal structure can be divided into soft seal and hard seal structure. With features such as good workmanship and compact structure, the sealed valve seat is designed as a movable structure and has the functions of anti-wear and automatic compensation, and thus has a longer life. During the closing and opening process of the inserting plate door, the valve seat and the gate plate are always in close contact with each other, so that the valve opening and closing force is stable and has the characteristics of cutting off the medium.

Structure
1. Integral bonnet rod design, compact structure; stem nut and valve two-body structure, no card resistance phenomenon occurs;direct passage, no cavity leakage; stem seal is O-ring seal.
2. Excellent anti-corrosion performance, the inner and outer surfaces of the outer casing are coated with epoxy resin, and the enamel lining surface is used when needed; the connecting bolt and the hexagon socket bolt are sealed with the top glue.
3. Reliable sanitary epoxy meets hygiene standards GB/t17219-1998, the coating of the entire gate conforms to the hygienic inspection rubber; the stem, stem nut and other components are made of stainless steel or bronze and will not be corroded by water. Suitable for drinking water, water supply and drainage, sewage treatment, natural gas, industrial and food industries.
Installation:
1. Before installation, check the inside of the valve chamber and the sealing surface, and do not allow any dirt or sand particles to adhere;
2. The bolts at each connecting point require uniform tightening;
3. Check that the packing area is pressed tightly to ensure not only the packing's tightness, but also the flap's opening flexibility;
4. Before the user installs the valve, the model of the valve must be calibrated, the connection size and the direction of the medium should be observed to ensure consistency with the valve requirements.
5. The user must reserve the necessary space for valve actuation when installing the valve.
6. The wiring of the driving device must be carried out according to the wiring diagram;
7. The flapper valve must be maintained regularly and must not be crushed and squeezed so as not to affect the seal.
