Applications:
This machine is suitable for multi-layer superposition shrink packaging of single-bag finished products of long strip materials such as dried noodles, pasta, rice noodles, vermicelli, yuba, etc., through automatic feeding, sorting, sorting, layering, and laminating to achieve full shrink packaging process.
Main Feature:
1. Draw lessons from domestic and foreign large packaging design concepts, and optimize the design based on the characteristics of the staple food industry;
2. The number of packages can be selected according to requirements (for example, 5 single products per layer are superimposed on 4 layers, and 20 single products per large package are shrunk);
3. An automatic turning device is added to the loading end to facilitate independent coding. Reserve a large space to facilitate the sorting, sorting and layering of large-volume products in a single bag;
4. An anti-skid device is added to the end of the finished product conveyor. The opening device is convenient for end stacking, and the closing device can be connected with other finished product conveyors for transportation;
5. A single piece of equipment can produce 80-100 tons of finished products per day, saving 5-8 people in labor;
6. The equipment uses roll film to replace finished packaging bags, saving 400-500 yuan/day of film costs.
