Brief Introduction:

FUOOTECH Series ZYD-P Fully Automatic Type Double-stage hHigh Vacuum Transformer Oil Filtration Machine, comparing single stage vacuum oil purifier, owns a rotary vane vacuum pump and one more booster roots pump vacuum system which can speed up evacuation much faster and higher. It has been specially designed for on/off site use to completely purify insulating oils in energized or de-energized transformers even when transformer power both below and above 110KV and altitude over 500 meters, as well as purify mutual inductor oil, switch oil and so on.

PLC controller system installed on the ZYD-P oil filtration machine makes the whole operation fully automatically after only click one button to start up, saving labor and time. Operator just standby or sit down to drink coffee and see it periodically.

Adopt interlocked protection system, which connects oil pump, heater and liquid level sensor, avoiding blank heating, blank pumping, oil leakage and electricity leak. Low maintenance cost and time, simple operation and maintenances.Can be made in mobile trailer and fully enclosed type, explosion-proof type, etc… according to actual working condition/requirements.
