Breif Introduction about PVC edge banding
-----Special characters as follows:
1. The edge-cutting is no aberration.
2. The glue of PVC Edgebanding does not drop for a long time .
3. Embossing of PVC Edgebanding is evenly, stereo sense is strong.
4. The color's weatherability get to class 6. (the top is class 8,most factories
is class 4)
5. The depigmentation is slight(we have the test,put the edge banding in the light for 200 hours,there is slight chromatism)
6. The flexibility is excellent.

1) Edge banding is a kind of extrusion product, which can be made from PVC, and ABS materials.
2) Width ranges from 19mm to 55mm, and thickness ranges from 0. Mm to 2mm.
3) Dimensions tolerances on width and thickness: ± 0.01mm, and ± 0.01mm.
4) Products have unicolor, wood grain, bicolor, and tricolor types, such as beech, maple, cherry, oak, (8108)wenge/black walnut, mahogany, Sapele, zebras,, (8261)silvery.
