Lab cooling band of series FYP is composed of cooling-sheeting rolls, knotty stainless steel band conveyor, crusher and driving system. The kneaded melting material output from extruder is sheeted at thickness of 1-2mm. The rolls are cooled by cooling water. The sheeted tape material is transported to crusher. The material is to be continually cooled by cooling water which sprayed to the back surface of stainless steel band. The crushed chip material falls down into the chips container.
Attention: Temperature of cooling water ≤ 14'C
