G08 expeller and G029 expeller ring are used for 12/10 slurry pumps, the material is cast iron or high chrome(A05/A49,etc) A05 material is more wear resistant than cast iron.There are also small expeller and expeller ring for small pumps, such as B028 expeller, B029 expeller ring, C028 expeller,C029 expeller ring, D028 expeller, D029 expeller ring, DAM028 expeller, DAM029 expeller ring, and E028 expeller, E029 expeller ring, EAM028 expeller, EAM029 expeller ring, F028 expeller, F029 expeller ring and FAM028 expeller, FAM029 expeller ring,etc.
10/8S-G pump is single casing slurry pump,the pump casing is high chrome material.
Slurry pump impeller have impeller hub, impeller vanes and impeeler shroud.And the shroud have front shroud and back shroud.
There are closed impellers, open impellers and semi-open impellers.For closed type impellers, there are front shroud and back shroud, but for open impellers,there are no shroud, and for semi-open impellers, there is only back shroud.

According to different needs, the impeller can be made of cast iron, cast steel, stainless steel, glass steel, plastic ,rubber and other materials

The manufacturing methods of the impeller are sand casting, precision casting, welding, molding and so on.
