China GPD Pipe End Facing Chamfering Machine

The machine consists of headstock, base, cutter-head, clamping device, supporting, carrier roller, hydraulic system, lubricating system and electrical control system. The machine serves to cut to length and chamfer for two ends of pipe. Two sets of cutting mechanisms including sliding table and cutter-head are arranged face to face at two ends of pipe. The pipe is lifted after coming into the middle of two cutting mechanisms; Two sets of cutting mechanisms synchronously finish the approaching, clamping and processing working of the pipe. Except the approaching of sliding table is driven by the rack and pinion pairs, other actions are driven by the hydraulic and electrical system with high automatic and efficiency.
