China Gas Incinerator for Household Waste Handling Without Smoke Odor

Brief introduction
1.Improper disposal of medical rubbish with a large number of harmful bacteria and viruses, may have a bad effect on the local environment.Our company specializes in dealing with various medical wastes .Garbage is delivered to the incinerator by the conveyor.In the process of burning , harmful gas can be transported to the high- temperature furnace of tail gas treatment through the flue.Complex and winding structure was adopted in the incinerator, which makes the residence time of flue gas in furnace excess 3s.By 1100 high temperature burning, all the bacteria and viruses are completely killed. Later the flue gas was conveyed into flue to cyclone separator and spraying device to further eliminate residual fine particles in flue gas.Finally,The chimney will release pollution-free flue gas into atmosphere.
2.Fully automatic control system was adopted in the incinerator. After the user already set the temperature, the incinerator starts to work. It won't shut off automatically until the temperature reaching the intended target .At this moment ,it can burning itself and save the fuel ,just keep the ventilation.
3.Large pieces of garbage needs crushing , so you can add trash crushing machine.
4.Under higher demand of exhaust emission ,bag dust collector can be chosen optionally (instead of spray tower of flue gas) to reduce the dust in tail gas .
5.When burning the harmless and low toxicity of life trash,you can save some cost by not equipping the cyclone dust collector and spray tower of flue gas .The whole equipment need space about 15 m * 3 m. Flue links are used .If big field is not available, just place the equipment parallelly.
