Overview
The GCK-type low-voltage withdrawable switchgear (hereinafter referred to as "switchgear" ) is suitable for three-phase four-wire system or three-phase five-wire system in which the frequency is 50Hz, the rated voltage is 380V or 660V, and the rated current is 4000A and below. It is applicable to power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises, hotels, high-rise buildings, airports, wharfs and other power users, or is used for power distribution and motor control purposes in a power system.

Structure
1)Cabinet Body
These dimensions of the body can be used for power receiving, feed, control and reactive power compensation, etc. (For the dimensions of transformer cubicle, seethe primary circuit diagram in the Installation & Operation Instruction).
The skeleton is the load-bearing structure of the switchgear. Regardless of which kind of switchgear is, the skeleton is assembled by connecting C-shaped steel or reinforced C-shaped steel by connecting pieces with self-tapping screws. The distance between the mounting holes of the parts is 25mm (E = 25mm). The skeleton is precise and stable in dimensions, light in weight, high in strength, easy to install and high efficiency in assembly. The surface treatment of the door, side plates, cover plates and body are used epoxy powder electrostatic spraying, which features uniform coating and strong adhesion. The partitions of the functional units of the switchgear and other installation parts are applied by galvanizing inactivation surface treatment, thus ensuring the continuity of the protection of the conductor by the entire switchgear; therefore, the switchgear has a good protection performance.
Each switchgear is made entirely of standardized and typical modules which are all in line with the national standards and design requirements such as GB /T20641 and GB7251. The modules can be combined in various ways to meet a wide variety of requirements.
