Our stator assembly line is consisted of several machines, such as paper inserting machine, wave winding machine, coil inserting machine, forming machine. The whole line only needs one operator. High automation and efficiency.
The production process will be as below:
Insert paper into stator slot-------Wind coil into winding tooling-------insert wedge into tooling------insert wedge and coil into stator slot--------form coil shape
