In order to reduce the coating thickness, the air knife shall be changed into the one which is proper to the thin coating. The stable structure could keep the evenness of coating thickness in case of thin coating; the seven-tube air incoming is adopted. the chamber structure could make the fans are more energy-saved and spray pressure is higher, which are the guarantees to get the thin
coating; enlarge the knife lip mirror, put special coating on surface, improve the hardness of knife lip, so as to reduce the sticky of galvanizing Zinc. Replace the adjustment base of air knife to meet to the height of new air knife and the adjustment of horizontal distance. The height is adjusted by electric and the horizontal distance is by electric/manual. Equip the manual zinc slag removal system of knife lip, which can be used for cleaning in case the zinc slag slightly pollute the knife lip.
