Standby routine maintenance
1.To maintain the stability of the indoor working environment, the laser will be easily damaged and the lifetime of the laser will be reduced if the laser is used for a long time at high room temperature.
2.Maintain stability of ac voltage (single phase AC 220V, fluctuation & LT;±5%) to prevent the damage of the internal electronic components of the equipment caused by too low or too high voltage;
3. After each processing, the working table must be cleaned and the sanitation in the working environment of the equipment must be cleaned regularly to prevent dust accumulation from affecting the service life and normal work of the equipment.
4.Clean reflection lenses regularly (once a week).Take the lens wiping paper, dip it in anhydrous alcohol and shake it dry. Wipe the lens from inside to outside in a clockwise direction. After wiping, wipe the lens from inside to outside again in a clockwise direction with the dry lens wiping paper.During the cleaning process, it is forbidden to wipe the lens with anything other than the mirror wiping paper, so as to avoid damaging the lens. Meanwhile, it is also forbidden to touch the lens with hands to avoid the oil stains on the lens.
5. Check the reliable grounding of the ground wire of the equipment regularly (check once a week) to prevent the loose ground wire from causing the live work of the equipment, endangering the life safety of operators and the normal operation of the equipment.
It is forbidden to pile up sundry things on and around the equipment table, and pay attention to keep the equipment clean.
It is forbidden to pile heavy objects on the laser machining head to affect the processing effect and precision of the equipment.
It is prohibited to carry out any entertainment operation (such as playing games, surfing the Internet, etc.) that is not actually processed on the computer of the equipment, so as to avoid poisoning or crash of the computer and system, thus causing the equipment unable to run normally.
