A : We usually provide customer existing samples with free charge. And if you need customized samples,we will charge you real happened cost, and the charge is refundable when bulk order is placed. We accept the samples paid by paypal, wechat pay, alipay, westunion, wirePacking Machinery transfer.We normally ask for freight collection for samples delivery. If you have any international courier account like Fedex, UPElectrical Control System S, DHL and TNT, it would be great.If you don`t have courier account available, you can pay the freight to us and we could prepay the freight.

A : For existing samples, it takes 2-3 days.For customized samples,it takes 7 days normally.Q : How long is your production lead time?
