Gold Mining Rotary Scrubber
Description:
The rotary mining scrubber spins slowly, similar to a giant washing machine. It churms the fines and oversize and water together, vigorously breaking up the soil matrix as well as liberating the target mineral from tough clay, schists and rock.
After the fine or soil is separated, the material is moved into the screen. The rotating screen separates the oversize material from the fines ( the fines are usually termed or actegorized into less than 8 mm). Most of the freely gravity recoverable gold and other recoverable mineral are contained in the 8 mm fines.
The material is then passed on to the downstream process equipment which can be in various forms as centrifugal Concentrator, Spirals, Jigs, etc.
Features:
1) Input size can be up to 230 mm,
2) Large capacity, high efficiency and high power scrubbing,
3) Designed for breaking up alluvial gravels, clays and sand,
4) Longer & more vigorous washing for complete separation.
Working Principle:
The slurry material feeds into the drum where it is vigorously scrubbed, the soil matrix is broken up and the target mineral is released. The material is then screened through the rotating screen and waste is ejected. The screened material is then passed on to the concentrating modules for upgrading.
4 Stages:
1). Removing the mud
2). Making further selection
3). Feeding the material to classifier
4). Raising the output
