Introduction of Short Wave IR Heater

Short wave quartz infrared heaters are used in various industrial applications. It contains tungsten filament, helically wound, encased in quartz envelope. Tungsten as resistive element is capable of generating temperature in excess of 2750ºC. Its response time is very rapid in 1 second it emits over 90% of IR energy. It is by products free & pollution free. Heat focus is very accurate due to compact and narrow diameter of IR tubes. Short wave IR element has maximum heating rate of 100w/cm.

The quartz envelope allows transmission of IR energy and protecting the filament from convective cooling and corrosion. Addition of small percentage of halogen gas in it not only increases life of emitter but also protects blackening of tube and depreciation on infrared energy. The rated life of short wave infrared heater is around 5000 hours.

Reflector

1.All of our emitters can be coated with a layer of gold or ceramic as reflectors. The gold/ ceramic coating can concentrate the heat, increasing the effectiveness of the heat output.

2.The emitters with coating are highly economical, converting practically all the consumed electrical power into heat.

3.For the emitters with high watt density or the surface temperature of the tube above 800ºC we suggest to use ceramic coating as reflector because the temperature resistance is up to 1000ºC. In addition to 180°(half-tube) coating, we also manufacture 270° coating or other customer specified degrees.

1.Are you factory or trading company?
We are professional factory of infrared heating lamps and quartz glass products since 1997. We have more than 80 experienced workers.

2.Can I have samples? Is it free?
Yes, we are happy to offer samples for you to check and test the quality. Samples are free if with stocks; you just need to bear the shipping cost. For samples without stocks, we will charge for the samples accordingly.

4.How long can I get the quotation? And samples?
Usually prices will be quoted within 24 hours after your enquiry. As for samples, it will take about 5-7 days. If it's special customized heating lamp, the time needed for samples could be longer.

5.What is your term of delivery?
We accept FOB, CIF, EXW etc. Please choose the one which is the most convenient and cost effective for you.

6.What about the lead time for mass production?
It depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time is generally about 10 to 15 days.

7.Do you offer guarantee for the products?
Yes, it must be. We guarantee 2 years for heaters and 5000-8000 hours for heating lamps. If it's customized heating lamp or heating unit, we will confirm with you the guarantee period in formal quotation together with data sheet.
