Gold ore washing plant trommel screen machine, Material feeds into the drum, is lifted up by the rotation and aerated as it falls back down. This action is repeated with each revolution along the length of the drum. The finer material passes through the screen openings while the larger material tumbles towards its eventual exit at the rear of the drum. This is the best equipment for alluvial gold washing.

The equipment assembly: Hopper+Trommel Scrubber (Rotary Trommel Screen)+Gold Centrifugal Concentrator+Sluice Box+Shaking Table

Fuction of the equipment:

Hopper: Feeding the material

Trommel Screen: Separating the big particles and the small particles. The big particles will be discharged from the discharge openings of the drum.

Rotary Trommel Scrubber: The function is the similiar with Trommel Scrubber, the difference is the Rotary Trommel Scrubber is used for the material with slurry.

Centrifugal Concentrator: Concentrating the gold from the material which is from the Trommel Screen (Rotary Trommel Scrubber).

Now the gold is the end product, it can be sold. But if you want to increase the grade of the gold, we'd

like to advice you can add the following equipment:

Sluice box: Concentrating the gold from the tailings from the Centrifugal Concentrator, cuz there are few gold includes in the tailings. This is for the second gold recovery.

Shaking Table: Increase the grade of the ore from the concentrate gold to separate the impurity.
