RUIBIAO hoist adopts gravity casting craftsmanship, 104GB aluminum, thicker and heavier shell, never explosive shells. We have carried out spectral tests on raw material, and X-ray examination on every product for each batch. Without pores in cabinets enhance the hardness of the product. Wormgear is made by 94GB copper, which weights one kilogram. The rigidity of gear, gear shaft and worm after quenching and high tempering with nitriding is getting stronger, the surface hardness could get 60 gegrees. After three thousand of fatigue failure test, the hoist gross weight is 55kgs.
