Advanced mechanical expansion tube and arc corrugation sheet with double flanged aluminum-finned sheets are adopted in the plate-fin air heat exchanger. Mechanical expansion tube makes copper tube come into close contact with the aluminum-finned sheet; arc corrugation can promote turbulent flow of fluid, destruct boundary layer of air, and raise the heat transfer coefficient.
