There are mainly three steps of flour mill processing:
Cleaning---Milling---Packing
1.Cleaning
First is cleaning section.This section is basic part in the process of production, is also essential.It can clean out husk, straw, dust, sand, everything too big and too small and lighter or heaviler than raw material.And protect the milling machine because raw material may have some impurities such as metal and stones.
Another function is add moisture to the maize so the bran can be peeled off easily in flakes during milling with plate or roller mills.
The machines of cleaning: including precleaner, high efficiency vibrating sifter, gravity classify destoner, magnetic separator, horizontal scourer,plane revolving sifter,washer,dampener,dampering bin ,clean wheat bin and aspirating channel.
2.Milling:
Second is milling section.We usually adopt the Roller Mill to grinding the grain ,the roller mill has single roller mill, double roller mill and pneumatic roller mill, the mill adopt the grinding roller to work.
During grinding, also use double bin sifter or square plan sifter to sift the meal from the miller,classification and sifting more super flour.In general,the mill is for break the integrity by the roller moving,the sifting used to separate the flour and bran, also separate large size and small size to ensure flour quality.
3.Packing:
Third is packing section. After milling, raw material become to final product-super fine flour.
For the packing, we have full-auto flour packing machine and manual packing machine.Both can pack the flour into 5kg,10kg,25kg or50 kg ,depend on customer's demand..
