Grain drying is process of drying grain to prevent spoilage during storage. The grain drying described in this article is that relating to processes supplementary to the natural ones.
Down -counter flow grain drying machine adopts the combined drying technology of downstream flow and countercurrent flow and carries out the grain drying tower according to the temperature of grain heating.
In the top drying section use higher hot air make grains rapid warming and take away part of the surface moisture; the middle drying section with moderate hot air to remove a lot of moisture; after the two sections, grain temperature has increased, so the bottom of drying section of the lower temperature can be achieved off the grains inside moisture but also avoid grain temperature rise too high. Finally, after full cooling of the cooling section, grains moisture and temperature reach storage requirement.
